How to Apply Domicile Certificate Online?
The Following steps to apply for Domicile/Resident Certificate Online.
- The Applicant has to visit the Official Website
- On the Home page click on the “Citizen login (e-Sathi) (सिटिजन लॉगिन (ई-साथी))” link which is available on the top of the website. A new website will be open in the next tab.
- The Applicant has to register (New User Registration?) him/her self with providing some information such as Login ID, Applicant Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address, District, Pin Code Mobile Number and Email ID.
- During the registration OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the text field and complete your registration.
- After Successful registration, Sign in to the account using your login credential.
- Once you login your account, Click on the (Apply Now) link
- Select the services as “Domicile Certificate” a new link will be appear, click on this link a Domicile Application form will open.
- Fill all the required information on the application form such as Applicant Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, District, Pin code, Mobile Number, Email ID, Purpose of Domicile Certificate, Aadhar Number etc.
- Upload the Applicant Photograph.
- Before do submit the application, the form must check and click on the Preview button, check all columns carefully.
- After submitting the application form, click on the payment button which is available at the bottom, and a new form will open. Kindly enter your Application number and click on proceed for payment button.
- Once your payment is done successfully, a confirmation page will open.
- Kindly take print out of your confirmation page for future reference.
How to Apply Domicile Certificate Offline?
The applicants can also apply for Domicile/Resident certificate offline. In this Process the Applicant can download the Resident Certificate application form from the official website and fill in all the required information’s and submit the application form to the following concerned authorities.
