How to apply for the NREGA Job Card?
The applicant can apply for the MGNREGA job card in two ways.
- Online mode
- Offline Mode
Apply Online for MGNREGA job card
- Visit the Official Website of MGNREGA Job Card
- On the Home Page, Click on the “Data Entry” link i.e (Data Entry, Registration, Work allotment, New works, Muster Roll, UC).
- A new page will be open, On this page, will see a list of all the states.
- From the state list, click on the name of your state.
- A GRAM PANCHAYAT DATA ENTRY LOGIN form will be open on your screen.
- Select the required information such as Financial year, District, Block, Panchayat, User ID, Password.
- Enter the Captcha code and click on the login Button to access your account.
- After a successful login into the portal, click on the option of Registration & Job Card link.
- Fill all the mandatory information such as village name, family head name, Address House number, class, date of registration, applicant name, Applicant gender, Applicant age, Caste etc.
- Once you have filled all the required details, Click on the “Save” button and upload your recent photograph in the form.
- Once your photo is uploaded successfully, click the save button.
- Take your application, print out for your reference.
Apply for MGNREGA job card Offline
The applicant can apply for MGNREGA Job Card offline by downloading the MGNREGA Job Card application form from the official website. In this process Applicant can download the application form from the website or applicant can also visit his local Gram Panchayat and collect the Job Card application form and filled up all the required information like.
- Applicant Name
- Applicant family head name
- Applicant Age
- Gender
- Address House number
- Village Name
- Local Gram Panchayat Name
- Applicant Block Name
- Applicant category details (SC, ST, IAY, or LR)
- Recent Photograph of the applicant
- Signature or thumb impression of the applicant in the form
After filling up the above required details in the job card application form. The applicant will also required to provide the below documents along with application form and submit this application form to his local Gram Panchayat.

After the Application Form submission the applicant will be waiting for 15 days for Job Card usually the NREGA Job Card is issued within 15 days from the day of submission of the application form.

Steps to check the MGNREGA Job Card list 2020-2021 online.
- Go to the NREGA Job Card’s official website, i.e https://nrega.nic.in/netnrega/home.aspx
- On the Home page, Click on the Job Cards link.

- Lists of all the states’s will be displayed on your screen. Click on your state name.

- A REPORTS form will open, Select your Financial Year, District, Block, Panchayat.

- Click on the proceed button.
- The NREGA Job Card list will be displayed on your screen along with Job Card Number and Applicant Name.
- Find your Name and click on your Job Card Number, A Job Card details will open.
- Take print out of your Job Card.
